"John Figueroa came to Missouri as the Associate Head Coach at MU in May of 2007.  Fig has experienced this sport from many aspects including Gym Owner, Elite Coach, JO Coach and College Coach.  Since his arrival, he has used his many experiences acquired during his storied gymnastics career to be a true friend to the Missouri gymnastics community.  His presence throughout the season at meets, clinics and camps has been greatly appreciated as Fig shares his passion for this sport with our athletes and coaches.  His availability and willingness have helped to advance and improve Missouri gymnastics both at the University of Missouri and within our community."
