SENIOR AWARD INFORMATION
SZPAK-HUBBARD AWARD

Thank you, for taking the time to review this information on a new and exciting opportunity for the competing senior gymnasts in our state.  The Missouri Judges present these awards in honor of two judges who are no longer with us.  Jean Szpak and Thelma Hubbard gave much of themselves to better our sport by educating gymnasts, coaches and fellow judges. In honor of their contributions, we would like to present an award to each competing USAG Missouri senior gymnast for their longevity and dedication to this sport.

Time is short as we are near the end of the season.  Your timeliness on this matter is essential. If you have a gymnast that meets the criteria, please take a few short minutes to complete this form and return to me ASAP.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns you may have.

      Criteria:
1.  Graduating high school senior
2.      Missouri resident
3.      Currently a competing female gymnast
