TEAM GYMNASTICS PROGRAM DIRECTOR

The Champaign County YMCA has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter who possesses strong skills in human relations, team-building, and leadership. Needs to have strong verbal and written communication skills to lead our Tem Gymnastics Program. Our focus is delivering high quality programs and member services that benefit Champaign County and surrounding communities. The Champaign County YMCA participates in both USAG and YMCA competitions.

Under the direction of the Interim CEO, the Team Gymnastics Director will develop, organize, administer, and evaluate all levels of boys and girls (particularly girls level 5 and above) team gymnastics and travel with competition team.

Proven skills in “hands on” staff leadership, budgets, program promotion, working with parent booster club are a must. Candidate will maintain effective communication with members, staff, parents, and volunteers.

Salary: $25,800 - $31,000, commensurate with experience.
