Missouri USAG

October

2010

Hello MOUSAG

I am excited to start another year of Missouri gymnastics. I am Zina Fudge, newly elected MO State Chair. Currently I am the gym owner of Flipz USA in Columbia MO.

I’m very excited about everything that has kept me busy learning all of the new responsibilities of the State Chair. I attended the State Chairman Workshop in Late May, and I attended National Congress in Harford, CT.

My goal is to be able to email all 272 MOUSAG professional members when information becomes available. Please update me with personal email contact information. I am happy to receive your email or personal phone call at anytime if you have concerns or questions. Another goal is to promote good sportsmanship and to build more unity among teams and gymnasts throughout Missouri.

The State Committee is working hard to continue building gymnastics in our state. We will continue several traditions that have been successful over the years. The committee is also working on new ideas to help take gymnastics in Missouri to an even higher level. We plan to continue with an annual state clinic for gymnasts. There is also interest in adding a high level local coaching clinic. Let your area representative know what your thoughts are on this type of clinic. We encourage you to talk with your representative often this year and make your opinions heard.

Survey monkey will be sending you a survey about the state meet format. We have a very large number of level 5’s currently in MO. We need everyone’s feedback to help make the 2011-12 level 5 season successful and manageable.

I truly want to be an asset for MO Gymnastics. Below is my contact information. I will get back to you within 24 hours when possible.

Thanks for your patience and support during this transition period.
